My name is Klayton Cantlon, and I’m currently a fourth year psychology major at TRU with a minor in communications. The communications course which I’m currently taking, ‘media and public relations’ is a requirement for my minor which is the reason for why I’m currently enrolled in the course. However, I chose communications as a minor in order to aid and improve my communications skills which is very valuable in many jobs today.

Once I’m finished my four year bachelor of arts degree, I plan to pursue a career within the RCMP. However, while in school, I currently volunteer with the RCMP to gain experience through promoting crime prevention and awareness. To be given the ability to aid people for work would be incredibly fulfilling, and is what drives me to work in this field.
